We use PayPal for credit/debit card processing. You may use your credit/debit card with PayPal whether you have an account with them or not. PayPal has an exemplary reputation for secure transactions. Your credit/debit card info is not shared with us. You do not need to be concerned about your financial info being compromised. We use UPS and USPS for shipping. For web orders, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 weeks. Please allow an additional week for mailed in orders. Shipping time varies based on geographic location. You may use our contact form at any time to inquire about your order. All products carry a manufacturers warranty. If you have a problem with any product ordered from us, we will do our best to correct the situation. If for any reason you wish to return a product, a return authorization must be obtained from us before returning.

Shipping is automatically calculated in your shopping cart as you shop. Shipping insurance is included. If you receive a damaged package through UPS, you must note when signing for the package that it was damaged. Save all packing material. Contact us with any problems.
